2. Data Location

We operate our primary database using Firebase/Google Cloud in region eur3 (EU). We aim to keep storage within the EU/EEA. Processing by Apple (e.g., purchases, Sign in with Apple) may occur in other regions according to Apple's infrastructure.

3. Categories of Data

• Apple user ID and optionally your email address (via Sign in with Apple) for authentication
• Friends data: names and optional notes you add for your friends
• Check-in data: dates and optional notes for when you checked in with friends
• Preferences: notification settings, chosen message tone, and reminder intervals
• Push tokens: device tokens for sending push notifications (used only for delivering reminders)
• Purchase data: records of in-app purchases (tone packs) to restore purchases across devices
• Crash reports and analytics events, processed in a pseudonymous manner

We store data securely using Google Firebase/Firestore services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete all your data at any time through the app's settings. Upon deletion request, we remove all your personal data from our systems within 30 days.
